Thank you for supporting The Bold Palette.

Every artwork purchased through The Bold Palette helps support a meaningful cause. One hundred percent (100%) of proceeds from each sale are donated to Be Bold Girls, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls through leadership, confidence-building, and community impact programs.

Because all proceeds are donated and each artwork is an original piece, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through The Bold Palette are considered final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ordering decisions

  • Personal preferences after delivery

  • Gift purchases

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the artwork

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

When you purchase from The Bold Palette, you are supporting both original artwork and a charitable mission. Because proceeds are donated, refunds are limited to situations involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
